Media is a Strong Tool.

Sometimes we let the media control how we take things. Take Vietnam for instance. The media during this time was not reporting a lot of the good things the troops were doing. Instead they were talking about communistic forces advancing and how they were winning. Where as with the war in Iraq and Afghanistan we are seeing a lot of media coverage showing the good that are troops are doing, rather they are winning o not. I think this is a big deal because we base our opinions on the information we are being given around us. I think that is a big reason why we are Pro-war now and was Anti-war during Vietnam.
